• Regular customers who spend $3,000 or more within 6 months (in-store or online) achieve VIP status.
• Online & in-store customers can easily track their spend under My Account. (purchases from 13.07.25)

How to Claim Your VIP Status:

• Customers who reach the $3,000 threshold must email hello@shopmonroe.com.au to request their VIP discount coupon or in-store discount card.
• VIP status is reviewed every 6 months. If eligibility lapses, you’ll receive an automated update.

Using Your VIP Discount:

• In-store: Present your VIP card or mention your status at checkout
• Online: Enter your unique 7% discount code at checkout
• Discount applies to full-priced items and does not apply to sale items
• Returns on VIP-discounted purchases follow our standard Returns Policy
